We want you to be fully satisfied with AIResumeEngine. If our platform does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process described below.

Subscription Refunds

AIResumeEngine operates on a subscription-based model. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro Engine subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact our support team for a full refund.

  • trip_origin Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
  • trip_origin The 7-day guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Renewals are non-refundable.
  • trip_origin Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • close Requests made after 7 days from the original purchase date.
  • close Monthly or annual renewal charges after the initial subscription period.
  • close Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • close Partially used compute credits or individual API call fees.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

1 Email our billing team at billing@airesumeengine.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2 Include your registered email address and order/invoice number in the body.
3 Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro Engine access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
