Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AIResumeEngine platform, neural network features, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These terms establish a legally binding agreement between you and Neural Intelligence Corp. regarding your use of our automated document generation and analysis tools.

To utilize our AI processing capabilities, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your digital identity.

• verified_user You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• shield_lock We employ advanced encryption, but you are the primary custodian of your account security.

Access to advanced neural models requires a paid subscription. Billing is processed securely through our verified payment partners. Compute credits allocated per billing cycle do not roll over.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust our computational pricing tiers with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to use the AI platform to process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes upon third-party rights. The Service must not be subjected to automated scraping, reverse engineering, or intentional disruption of our inference nodes.

You retain full ownership of the raw data (resumes, work history) you input into the system. AIResumeEngine claims no ownership over your personal professional data.

However, the generated output structures, formatting templates, and underlying AI models remain the exclusive intellectual property of Neural Intelligence Corp. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the generated output for personal professional advancement.

The Service and its AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the generated documents.

In no event shall Neural Intelligence Corp., its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
